Enough about us. Now about you. We are looking for a dynamic self:starter that is excited about the growth opportunities of an energetic start up. You will work in close partnership with our COO and play a key role in driving the strategic planning and financial analysis process.

Youre a quick study, a real team player, organized, detail:oriented, a natural multi:tasker, and you dont mind a little ambiguity being peppered into your daily routine.


Oversee FP and A for this fast growing company
Manage a team of Finance and Accounting professionals
Own company P and L and forecasting
Develop and maintain revenue recognition model for advertising and subscription programs
Engage with performance marketing team to analyze acquisition campaign effectiveness
Develop, maintain and analyze KPI reporting and dashboards
Take ownership of the analytical framework for strategic financial decisions and designing and managing True Botanicals budgeting and forecasting processes
Work directly with the executive team to produce actionable insights and enable data driven financial decision making
Identify and analyze operational measures (key performance indicators) to create financial models
Ensure the integrity and timeliness of all reporting
Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes and methodologies
Prepare quarterly board decks

Skills and Requirements

BS in Finance or related field
3:5 years of relevant experience
Deep understanding of Accounting and Finance
Digital experience
Possess the understanding of the dynamics and urgency required to increase sales
Exceptional Excel, Word and Power Point Skills
Project Management Skills
Great work ethic
Excellent communication skills
