Your role at Sephora: As our Senior Compensation Analyst, you will provide analytical and technical support to the administration of compensation programs, review compensation plan changes and complete and analyze compensation surveys and reports. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be a valued member of the compensation team reporting to the Director, Compensation.
In addition, you will:
:Partners with Sephora Human Resources to implement and process corporate, warehouse, and store compensation changes : including annual merit/pay rate and bonus changes, and monthly and semi:annual store bonus changes
:Participates in compensation surveys, analyzes survey results, and updates results in systems
:Completes job evaluations, runs compensation reports and advises HR and managers on compensation recommendations based on compensation analysis
:Completes FSC Exempt and Non Exempt annual review/merit process
:Partners cross:functionally with payroll around calendar and loading compensation information into the payroll system
:Keeps apprised of federal, state, local and provincial laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
:May partner with Canada team members on roles/responsibilities for compensation planning and processing
:Provides support to Director, Compensation with compensation plan changes

:5 years of HR/Compensation related experience
:Intermediate or expert level expertise of MS Excel required
:Excellent judgment and analytical skills
:Strong time management and follow:up skills
:Effective oral/written communications skills, interacts well with all levels in HR and overall business units
:Ability to work in a versatile, fast paced and deadline oriented environment
