Job Description Seeking Administrative Assistant for small, stable, growing institutional investment firm. Strength in Power Point required for a Power Point heavy position. Organized with strong attention to detail necessary for time sensitive projects. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in finance/investment industry preferred. Marketing / Client Service: Prepare client marketing books and presentations (Power Point) Assemble documents needed for client meetings and reviews Organize and complete monthly and quarterly client reports Collect data, organize and prepare RFP's/RFI's for prospective clients Manage and update marketing materials and/or presentation exhibits Prepare Holiday card mailing Investment: Monitor database and ensure data is received on a timely basis Troubleshooting support, including communication with investment managers Work with analysts to update quarterly emerging manager study Work with analysts to update presentations and marketing materials Assist in special projects Administrative Functions: Receive incoming telephone calls Pick up and distribute mail Maintain investment manager filing Set up new manager files as needed Maintain office supply inventory Back-up reception as needed Maintain conference room Coordinate and place catering orders when needed Water plants Other: Greet guests and notify meeting participants of their presence Coach others in Power Point when requested Other tasks and projects as assigned -- not limited to the above Willingness to work overtime when needed Full time / great benefits!
