Well known Financial Services company seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, clerical, and production support to management and staff in the Member Business, Member Financial Services and Marketing Departments. Interact with and supply accurate and timely information to member financial institutions and other Bank staff. Major Accountabilities: Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents Prepare emails and printed correspondence with customers, based on templates provided Assemble MPF PFI application materials Copy/scan and file correspondence, forms, documentation, etc., in paper and/or electronic form Search for news articles requested by SVP; print, copy, and distribute articles Open, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail Help maintain customer contact information by updating information in Salesforce Help maintain website by updating content provided by department writers Help prepare member emails using content provided by department writers Perform other related duties as assigned High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required Excellent word processing and technical skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills Detail oriented. Ability to proofread own work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of general office procedures. Ability to multitask and set priorities to meet stringent time frames Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and independently
