Branch Administrator
This individual must possess excellent communication, verbal, written and listening skills. Must be able to manage
multiple priorities in a face paced environment, have a high degree of patience, and able to function effectively
with direction. He/she must be able to relate well to sales, technical and customer personnel at all levels, and be
able to establish and maintain working relationships with each constituency.

xF0B7; 2+ years minimum of corporate experience (Ideal to have previous experience in IT consulting, staffing or
professional services.)

xF0B7; Ability to operate in a face paced and dynamic environment

xF0B7; Accountable and respectful at all times
xF0B7; Effective problem solver and troubleshooter
xF0B7; Desire to learn about various clients and businesses
xF0B7; Ability to act as a super x2010;user in tools such as CIS, Bullhorn, Lotus Notes, MS x2010;Office products (Word, Excel, PPT)
xF0B7; Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
xF0B7; Needs to be quick study to learn S3 systems and processes
xF0B7; Ability to prioritize and focus shifting workload efficiently
xF0B7; Streamline processes and recommend improvements and ways to reduce/increase CTO
xF0B7; Work collaboratively with other BA to be their back ups in times when one is absent/unavailable immediately
as needed
xF0B7; A 2 or 4 x2010;year degree preferred
Responsibilities/Duties
xF0B7; Consultant Care: Responsible for Pre and Post Assignment
o Onboarding
o CIS management
o In x2010;person orientation : Welcomer to S3
o Benefits expert
o SSA compliance and other Legal issues
o Immigration paperwork : Letters of employment verification, etc.
o Wage plan adjustments
o Managing fall offs of consultants
o Maintaining regular high touch meetings (earn trust)
o Interview walk x2010;ins and starts
o On x2010;site check delivery
o Scheduling and coordinating on consultant and customer activities (i.e., monthly breakfasts,
lunches and happy hours)
xF0B7; Manage expenses, purchase orders, mail oversight, etc.
xF0B7; Field and escalate calls to appropriate Corporate team members
xF0B7; Learn the Back Office
xF0B7; Keep branch running smoothly. Maintain order, anticipate needs of the team, order supplies, etc.
xF0B7; Daily oversight and timely entry of Job Orders in Bullhorn
xF0B7; Assist the Marketing Reps and Recruiters
o Format resumes
o Submit candidates
o Help with interview scheduling, etc.
xF0B7; Philanthropic and Community
o Oversight of charity budget and event planning
o Networking groups, career fairs, etc.
Reporting Relationships
xF0B7; Reports to Branch Manager
xF0B7; Supports Marketing Rep and Recruiters
