San Francisco based nonprofit organization is looking for a self starting data entry person to assist with workload. Tasks include: - Intake raw data (copy and export into Excel database)- Review and audit spot missing/incorrect fields- Communicate with team members about missing information- Complete data tracking tool, adding counts by organization for each month- Create practice assessment report (copy and paste from database)- Update all practice assessment analysis tools for each organization and post into Box folders- Produce and update charts and graphs for practice assessment data- Ad Hoc administrative support: filing, scanning, office upkeepWorking hours: Varies between M-F 8-5Skills:Qualifications: - MS Experience (Must be proficient in Excel, VLOOKUPS and PIVOT TABLE Assessments are required) - Detail oriented- Can work independently with little supervision- 6 month data entry experience - 6 month customer service experience- CRM software a plusPlease contact Kimberly at the 415-397-1305 with inquiries.
