Job Description Conflict Resolution Training is about to enter an exciting new phase of development. The company has set its sights on accomplishing a number of challenging expansion projects during the period 2018 - 2020. We are adding motivated and dedicated professionals to our team who are as committed as we are to being an integral part of successfully launching new projects and reaching identified goals over this three year phase of the company's development. Our Chief Executive needs an Executive Assistant to help her (1) manage the existing business of the company, and (2) create and manage a new productive, efficient and successful business development team. The Executive Assistant must possess all of the qualifications and expertise of team members plus advanced management skills. The Executive Assistant may initially spend time working remotely, but must be proficient in maintaining close, productive communication with the Chief Executive at all times. The Executive Assistant will be efficient, discrete, flexible, self-motivated, highly organized, proactive and a great communicator. These attributes are non-negotiable. The Executive Assistant will possess advanced-level skills in Google G-Suite, Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint and at least an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The Executive Assistant will manage and source resources and conduct research, so he/she will need to be well informed and internet savvy. The strategic business development team that will be overseen by the Executive Assistant will be comprised of highly professional, resourceful and reliable legal and marketing professionals who have demonstrated all expertise necessary to accomplish their tasks. Team members, without exception, will possess superior oral and written communication skills. The team shall be responsible for the design and execution of a corporate social media campaign and for the creation of digital media and corporate webinars. Team expertise in the development of online educational programs will be necessary. In addition to at least five years of experience in an organized legal office, the Executive Assistant and team members will have at least five years of marketing experience and success. Bilingual communication proficiency in both oral and written form in English and Spanish is a huge plus. Experience with corporate event planning is a huge plus. The Executive Assistant will assume substantial responsibility for communicating with customers and vendors of the company. This will include monitoring and responding to telephone calls and email communications sent to the Chief Executive and acting as her gatekeeper. Maintaining confidentiality, use of discretion, remaining calm under pressure and being capable of thinking on your feet in a crisis will be critical to success in this position. You should be capable of competently dealing with situations in the Chief Executive's absence and confident enough to delegate upwards on her behalf. Telephone etiquette must include clear communication and be professional and polite.
