Job Description:/h3:
The Financial Advisor Assistant will be an established and productive individual contributor to ClearPath Capital. He/She will work under moderate supervision of our Advisor team and company Partners. This person will be responsible for providing administrative and limited advisory support for the Firm. She/He will actively assist the Firm in client developing. This team member will deliver superior service to the organization and team members in a courteous, professional and efficient manner. The Financial Advisor Assistant must also have a passion for furthering their career in financial service, especially Wealth Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
:
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and accountability in support of all clients, prospects and Advisors
:
Relationship building, including client/prospect proposal development and processing paperwork.
:
As directed by Advisors, prepare and process forms for opening New Accounts and service related forms for existing accounts
:
Partner with Advisors for incoming transfers (ACATs) and internal money movements.
:
Collaborate with third party admins and custodians
:
Demonstrates organized production skills
:
Maintain Mail Campaign to clients and prospects as needed
:
Utilize and become proficient with CRM software to record notes and complete daily activities
:
Assist Advisors and Team Members with other service related matter
:
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
:
Ensure Advisors have all necessary client information and prep for client meetings
:
Organizes and maintains required compliance files
:
Stays compliant to SEC and other Federal regulations when working with clients, 3rd party Vendors, and other team members.
Qualifications
:
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word and Power Point) and ability to navigate easily through internet: based systems.
:
Ideally, two years of experience in the financial services preferred but will consider other customer service experience.
:
Experience with CRM systems preferred
:
Must be able to demonstrate excellent people skills, presentation skills and initiative.
:
Knowledge of general office procedures.
:
Must have excellent Attention to Detail
Education
:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or marketing preferred but will consider application with relevant experience.
:
Series 7, Series 65/66 license a plus.

Compensation
Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
