WSP USA, currently has an exciting career opportunity for an experience Local Office Administrator working in our San Francisco, CA office. This position provides day-to-day general administrative oversight of the office, supervises the administrative staff and works closely with the Facilities Administration Manager and the Area Manager.
**Job Duties Include:**
+ Supervise the local administrative staff
+ Manage accounts payables, time sheets, e-procurement and records management functions
+ Support senior staff with monthly reports, staff meeting and internal budget functions
+ Facilitate office and workstation assignments, relocations and internal moves
+ Serve as routine and emergency liaison with the landlord or building management
+ General office services administration and oversight
+ Provide management and coordination support for office events and major meetings
+ Provide on-going general administrative services to both the technical and senior staff
+ Provide project deliverable support
+ Assist staff with formatting and editing of word documents, data entry and spreadsheet analysis
+ Support company commitments to safety and sustainability
+ Manage reprographics vendor
+ Coordinates with IT services

# Job Requirements
>
+ Bachelor's Degree is preferred
+ The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in administrative support with managerial experience
+ Must have the ability to immediately work in the United States
+ Computer efficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, is required
+ Knowledge of Oracle is required
+ Candidate must be a self-starter capable of taking on tasks with little direction or supervision
+ Candidate must be a strong team player
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
+ Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines, interruptions, and multiple tasks
+ Local candidates preferred
The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.
