Voyomotive is a fast growing company that designs and develops the worlds most advanced connected car technology. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team
The role includes Payroll and HR, Bookkeeping, Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable. Experience with legal work incl. employment agreements, NDAs and company filings is a plus. The role also includes managing customer inquiries and support, internet ad buys, marketing campaigns, social media, website and marketing materials.
3:5 years of experience, Bachelors degree preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and WordPress
Ability to multi:task and work independently and under time pressure
Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, communication, and phone skills
