We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration and Operations Management
:Manage all day:to:day office, facilities, and operational needs, including office equipment, supplies, furniture, technology, internal agency communications, calendars, emergency preparedness plans, and other office needs stakeholders
:Manage relationships and serve as primary liaison with property management and other vendors/ related to facilities and operations
:Support interns, including: provide onboarding orientation to office procedures, oversee use of systems that support clinical work and adherence with intern contract, troubleshoot problems about use of systems
:Assist in implementation and monitoring of program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance to ethical, professional, and legal standards and regulations
:Adapt, create and codify operations processes and procedures in keeping with WTC growth
:Contribute to short and long:term organizational planning and strategy
Bookkeeping and Finance
:Responsible for operational financial management, including: bookkeeping, accounts payable/accounts receivable (AP/AR), payroll support, annual audits, etc.
:Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the organizations annual budget with the ED and the Board
:Develop and manage annual budget, including: monthly and quarterly assessments; forecast organizations financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals; financial and managerial reporting
:Oversee and improve efficiency of systems, including staff compliance
Communications and Marketing
Manage website and social media platforms to support membership and volunteer involvement,
outreach/marketing, and community organizing activities
Plan and coordinate community events, trainings and conferences
:BA/BS or equivalent work experience
:At least 3 years of overall professional work experience, nonprofit setting a plus
:Strong attention to detail
:Excellent organizational and time management skills
:Familiarity with behavioral/mental health and counseling strategies
:Strong computer skills and
knowledge/experience working with various software programs, including Microsoft Office, Google applications, and ability to learn new online systems
:Experience working with social media platforms required
:Strong interpersonal and communication skills
:A drive for improving processes, creating efficient systems, and institutionalizing knowledge
:Previous experience with nonprofit bookkeeping, AP/AR processing, QuickBooks or other accounting software required
Salary and Benefits:
:Position is 30 hours a week.
:Starting salary for a Manager is 49,600:57,000 (1.0 FTE)

The Womens Therapy Center (WTC) is a non:profit organization founded in 1979 to offer affordable psychotherapy and in:depth professional training for psychotherapists in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our therapists provide psychotherapy to adolescent girls (14:18), adult women, couples, and trans* and gender non:conforming individuals of all ethnicities and sexual orientations.
The WTC has two overlapping goals: 1) to strengthen individuals, families, and communities through supportive mental health services; and 2) to grow the field of social justice:minded providers by training culturally:competent, relational psychotherapists.
