Premiers Contract Division is looking for Part:Time Administrative Assistants for our San Francisco:based clients with 1:2 years experience in the administrative department. Our clients are top:tier companies looking for organized and energetic candidates. Ideally, you excel in calendar management and youre a roll:up:your:sleeves type of person who will make it happen.
These are external contracted roles starting ASAP Candidates must be readily available and living in the Bay Area. Rates will depend on experience.
:Plan and implement office systems
:Manage calendars for all levels of the organization and travel booking
:Maintain the condition of the office and office equipment
:Assist with projects and perform other duties and functions as requested
:Answer phone calls, set up conference call
:Regular onsite attendance and timeliness is essential to this role
Ideal Qualities:
:Has a Bachelors Degree
:Extraordinary time management skills, loyal, and trustworthy
:Familiar with MS Office and Google Docs
:Strong team player and proactive
:Dependable and consistent : taking pride and ownership in work
