Position Summary
Serve as the point of contact for all PLM questions relating to product samples.
Specific Responsibilities
* Initiate, track and confirm product and color sample requests and submissions in PLM.
* Manage updates and data entry of approved product information
* Manage data entry of fabric information for new product specifications for each season.
* Assist Technical Designers in building and maintaining new technical design templates and trim material libraries in PLM.
* Update PLM database with approved product information.
* Enter basic construction comments and sample reviews and comments (as needed to support Tech Team).
* Enter and submit basic design comments, revisions and approvals to agents via PLM and/or email for all products.
* Coordinate with cross:functional partners, Global Operations, Sourcing, Agents and Vendors, as needed.
* Build and generate samples ETD and purchase orders report for each product line.
* Perform general administrative duties including filing and email correspondence.
* Coordinate with Color Team in initiating color submit requests in PLM
* Add new products and pre:development products into PLM
