EPMO Manager Job Responsibilities

Drive improving the ePMO in numerous and varied ways:
* Continue work on integration of 4 PMO groups
* EPMO Analytics and decision support:
* Project efficiency metrics :: development, execution, reporting out
* Resource Capacity vs utilization vs demand
* Resource utilization :: broken down in various ways :: by top initiatives vrs everything else, demands on key areas/SMEs, goal alignment, etc
Project PM ownership
* Own and partner with EPMO leadership, Finance, and Executive Team to develop and actively manage portfolio or IT projects.
* Tactical application management of project applications (Clarity) :: lights on, support management
* Support project governance planning
Projects financial analyst team
* Work with VP of EPMO on strategy to better position project financial analyst team.
* Enable our Project financial analyst team to continue to build a homogeneous process to support projects and work with our finance partners.
* Initiating process improvement
* Enabling close interfacing with IT Finance and the PMO directors
Ensure our projects adhere to Compliance standards through reporting and monitoring
* Financial adherence (MAP Compliance)
* In:service dates for projects
PM development
* Make people and processes awesome
* Manage EPMO PM onboarding process
* Maintain/update PM playbook
* Partner with EPMO Mgmt to setup continuous learning opportunities for PM/SM and Financial Analysts.
Partner with EPMO leadership and Pms to identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations to leadership
Staff Management
* PMO data analysts will report directly into this person
* Responsible for establishing goals, individual develop plans, and guiding associate
* Provide mid:year and annual reviews
* 4:8 years of project manager experience
* At least 2 years of experience working in EPMO
* Working across organization on process improvements
* Working with Audit/Finance
* Experience presenting to leadership
* Strong facilitation skills
* Active listener
* Sound collaboration and negotiation skills
* Ability to influence change
