About the job:

This position is an on call, part time position with EMR CPR LLC (i.e. You will be called or emailed to see if you can work available projects and staffed for the projects you confirm).
The projects locations currently range from San Jose to San Francisco (San Francisco Bay Area). This is a great opportunity to learn in the IT Industry.
As full time positions open up, we look first at people in the on call / part time position to fill our full time positions within EMR CPR.

Job Description:

Technician Job responsibilities:
● Decable Computers
● Recable Computers
● Understand how to inventory (Document Make, model and serial number)
● Familiar with monitor arms, understands how to mount and un mount
● Can connect PC to Printer
● Knows basic network troubleshooting
● Cable Management
● Good communication skills and team working skills
● Perform equipment installs and moves (servers, network appliances, etc.) at various
locations in the greater San Francisco Bay Area on a temporary on call
basis.
● Cable machines to the network switches
● Maintain asset inventory in an automated computer system
● Troubleshooting and resolution of problems including hardware failures and physical
connectivity problems
● Unrack and decommission equipment as necessary
● Work with other groups to identify areas to enhance up time and reduce time to resolve
problems


Requirements :
2+ years of experience


Pay is D.O.E and ranges from 12 - 15 $ hourly
