The Skava Commerce platform is a path-breaking modern ecommerce platform that is revolutionizing enterprise ecommerce architecture. The role of the Skava Sales Architect will be to aid the sales team by showcasing the technical prowess of the Skava platform to potential customers. You will work with business and IT leadership of potential clients to conceptualize new solutions, recommends technical strategies, and discuss the requirements for adoption of the Skava platform. It'll be your mission to demystify technology, optimize the sales process, and bash down any technical barriers that keep our customers from selecting Skava.

Job Responsibilities:

* Support the sales team with technical product knowledge and solution skills

* Conduct deep technical demos and presentations in person and remotely

* Come up with technology solutions that use the Skava platform and apply it in the context of the customer's requirements and enterprise landscape

* Help the Sales team move toward closing by making customer product trials a positive experience

* Prepare technical proposals and work on technical RFP/RFI responses

* Influence the Skava platform roadmap by providing insights to the product team of the challenges being faced by customers and new features and capabilities they are looking for

* Translate business needs to the Skava platform's technical capabilities

* Provide high level estimates for delivery of specific solution features

* Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

* Travel for customer meetings as required

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

* Minimum of 7 years of experience.

* Must be well versed in eCommerce technology.

* Must be well versed in Java, Spring, React JS/Angualr JS, and Solr

* Some experience in Big Data and MongodB/MySQL

* Knowledge of application architecture, database design, application development, configuration, and reporting is required.

* Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.

* Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

* Highly self-motivated and directed.

* Keen attention to detail.

* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

* Must be capable of thinking both tactically and strategically.

* Demonstrated experience with large-scale application integration efforts.

* Understanding current network hardware, protocols, and standards.

* Proficiency in a variety of programming languages.

* Understanding of coding methods and best practices.
