Your role at Sephora:
Digital Business Operations is comprised of Client Services, Fraud, Finance, Supply Chain, Sephora Canada, International and Commerce Engine. In this role, as the intersection of business and technology you will lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of best in:class Business Operations programs for multiple domains and support other Digital Business Teams as needed. Reporting into the Director of Digital Business Operations, this role also includes driving product vision, roadmap development, and project scoping and implementation, within an exceedingly complex business and technical environment. This is a highly:leveraged product role within a results:oriented team. In addition, you will:
:Actively participate in the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis for your domains
:Champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap cross functionally for your domains
:Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
:Manage prioritization and trade:offs among domains and product teams to enabled a balanced delivery portfolio across programs and projects
:Drive the explore, plan and product discovery processes for large complex projects
:Prepare Strat plans with business teams, defining requirements, scope, budget and multi:year goals.
:Develop strong partnerships with multiple business teams and leaders, gain understanding of key goals and impacts. Teams include Fulfillment, Merchandising, Store Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, Fraud, eStore, Reporting and Analytics, Marketing, Site Production, and Product Management
:Develop business cases to support new product recommendations
:Actively participate in new innovation areas within Product and other key departments, gathering business requirements, investigate vendor solutions, identify areas of uncertainty, recommend new ideas, gather buy:in from relevant stakeholders, roll solution out to team, support the innovation through development and product rollout.
:Work with a cross functional team to collaborate on business requirements and sharing of solutions across the organization with key stakeholders
:Manage product managers within your domains to deliver on key initiatives.
:Track to defined metrics to measure success of program features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
:Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market

:5:7+ years of experience in product development, with a proven history of successfully launching large:scale cross functional projects and programs, with B2C experience highly beneficial. Prior experience with 2 or more of the domains listed above is required
