We are seeking a
Technical Program
Manager to join an exciting small, close:nit product development team to
develop exciting new customer facing features and capabilities.
program manager will be responsible for collaborating across engineering and
product teams to develop new enhancements with emphasis on messaging features.
The role will entail enabling new features as
well as addressing the backlog of known issues.

The successful PM will demonstrate
good judgment to know when to push forward versus rein in. They will have the
ability to naturally incorporate themselves into the existing operating
rhythms, facilitate and lead where necessary, and identify/address gaps as
they arise.
Additionally, they'll have
the knack to provide direction without being authoritative, steer the team
towards consensus building, and optimize operations/execution without
unnecessary overhead.


to manage multiple highly detailed projects to introduce new features
and enhancements to core product capabilities

Lead/coordinate meetings within an agile
environment and ensure team stays focused on overall objective
hands:on program management during analysis, design, development, testing,
implementation, and post implementation phases
Support with
requirements/specification breakdown into user stories, prioritization,
sizing/estimation, and required reviews. Includes requirements for all
platforms : desktop, mobile, devices

Update appropriate Project Workspace
(Channels), tools (Jira) to ensure clear lines of communication across all
parties (Issues, Dependencies Next Steps, Open Items, Meeting Minutes, plans,
trackers, communication artifacts etc..)

Partner with Engineering Managers,
Product Managers, Marketing, Policy, Legal, Operations, Security teams to
fulfill necessary deliverables
Ensure projects fulfill necessary
product development phase criteria and adhere to established policies where

(e.g. Legal, Security)
Support with all cycles of product
development from scoping through delivery. Support and preparation for launch
and release planning meetings
Manage bug backlog to closure (triage, prioritization,
requirements, testing, deployment)
Identify gaps and remove impediments where necessary
with ability to creatively problem solve and think outside the box.

Serve as an "enabler" on the team and
for others.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and
follow through to implement new process (process, policies, tools etc)

Support through all
aspects of product development (Requirements, Design, Development, Test,
Go:Live, Post Production Support)

skills and experience:

Minimum 5 years of technical program management

Experience operating in an Agile delivery

with SLACK platform

Jira or
similar tool

Google Docs,

verbal and written communication skills, with sufficient level of
technical capability to effectively communicate with product and
engineering teams

organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience managing
activities across multiple teams

track record of delivering complex projects and programs with
cross:functional teams
