EasyPost is a San Francisco based start:up that provides a RESTful API for shipping. Were a fun group of passionate entrepreneurs who built our own revolutionary software designed to make shipping simple : check us out at easypost. Weve raised over 4 million in funding from Y Combinator, SV Angel, and CrunchFund.
We are seeking a highly driven Account Manager to provide support to accounts in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firms front liner and build out the internal account management system to scale. Your goal is to make sure that customer value and their experience is maintained to the highest standards.

:Serve as the communication link between customers and key internal teams
:Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
:Forecast and track customer data and produce activity reports
:Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution
:Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
:Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
:Liaising with support to ensure successful integrations

About You:
:Bachelors degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering or any quantitative major preferred
:Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
:Working knowledge of support software and documentation
:Strong client:facing and communication skills
:High:energy, team:first attitude: You enjoy working collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
:With genuine passion for technology, big data, and/or entrepreneurship
:Extensive experience using Excel and Powerpoint, SQL knowledge a big plus
:A strategic thinker with excellent business judgment and strong product sense
