Please visit our website at www.aak.com We are currently seeking to hire an experienced B2B Customer Support Administrator for our Richmond, CA facility. JOB PURPOSE: The B2B Customer Support Administrator works in a high performance, customer-focused team environment. The position provides world class customer service and assists the sales account managers by managing the relationship with the customer and supporting the sales team on pricing management by managing quotes, contracts and follow up. RESPONSIBLE FOR: Customer Set up and Maintenance Set up and maintain customer accounts and contact information Review customer requirements with team and manage relationship with customer Order Entry & Order Revisions Enter customer orders and confirm order details to customer Effect any changes to a customer’s existing order including, but not limited to, changing the date, time of delivery, and quantity of product or the type of product Credit Memos and Return Authorization Investigate and resolve billing concerns and/or pricing issues Responsible for credit memos and return authorizations Complaint and Feedback Responsible for entering complaint/feedback Assist with customer complaints by gathering information and working closely with internal team to seek resolution of customer complaints Responsible for communication of complaints and data collection regarding the complaint (lot numbers, reason for delay, etc.) Communicate resolution and findings to customer Sales Support Prepares quotations and follows up on quotations Manages daily quotations for assigned sales team Support sales team with price negotiations Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals Manages contracts and spreads Understand customer’s projects and follow up as needed in support of sales staff Maintain and update CRM system for contacts and project notes QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience 4+ years of work experience in B2B customer service or related area Strong data entry skills Food Industry experience a plus Previous Customer Service/Inside Sales experience Problem solving/conflict resolution Intermediate / working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Strong communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to work well with people are essential Good leadership skills are beneficial Strong analytical and mathematical skills Strong organizational skills Candidates must be authorized to work in the US, now and in the future, without sponsorship.
