Big Chef Tom's Belly Burgers is a burger concept invented by 'Big Chef' Tom Pizzica in 2012. We focus on 100% fresh ground pork belly patties as well and chicken thigh patties and a house made vegan patty. WE OFFER NO BEEF! Everything we make is made in house using the freshest ingredients available. We offer well thought out burger topping combinations that goes well beyond the typical ketchup and mustard you see on most beef burgers.

This person will be working all aspects of the restaurant from line cooking, prepping and also catering large and small offices during lunch hours. It's a great opportunity for someone interested in learning all aspects of the business.
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- Engaging personality as you will be face to face with clients at all events and in the open kitchen
- Clean appearance, sorry no face or neck tattoos
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is a huge plus but can train
- Can stand for several hours a day
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE with a clean record for catering.
- Must be able to speak English
- Prep and Serve Lunch/Dinner in the restaurant and outside of the restaurant on catering gigs.
- Coordinating with staff to make sure all prep is done for both restaurant and catering operations.
- Keeping your kitchen in a clean organized fashion.
- Working in the fast paced work environment of a quick service restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of portion control and food cost.
