JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Clarity system administrator who is organized and detail:oriented. This role will also act as a data analyst to support the Williams:Sonoma EPMO Team; focusing on supporting PMO processes, updating, maintaining and improving the portfolio management tool as the organization grows and changes, creating and maintaining reports, and conducting data analysis to ensure the data is reliable to support leadership decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
* System administration for CA PPM tool
* Create and maintain filters, reports, and dashboards
* Support audit processes and data
* Manage system configuration changes
* Investigate and troubleshoot data, access, and reporting issues
* Recommend improvements to adjust tool to match processes as they grow and change with the organization
* Provide complete and consistent documentation
* Interacts with Vendors customer support organization to troubleshoot and resolve complex support issues.
* Lead or play a key role in process improvement changes that involve Clarity
* Perform necessary testing for new solutions and upgrades to ensure success
* Stays abreast of product release schedule, platform requirements, and new product features
* Data Analysis

* Interpret data, and analyze results
* Acquire and maintain data from multiple sources
* Works with end:users to understand and document requirements, formulate specifications, and configure the application in the areas of portlets, dashboards, workflow, objects, attributes, and system settings
* Create documentation, process flows, and presentation decks
* Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
* Identify process improvement opportunities
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirments:
* 2:3 years of Clarity Admin experience
* 3:5 years of experience as a Data, Business, or System Analyst experience
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience writing business requirements and technical specifications
* Experience with production support, help desk and incident management processes
* Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
* Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
* Extremely organized and diligent attention to detail
* Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a collaborative team player
Desired:
* Experience supporting and maintaining CA PPM SaaS with a standard OOTB configuration
* Experience with Oracle Database (SQL, Programming, and/or Administration)
* Experience with Clarity integration to Financials and HR systems
* Experience with Clarity XML Open Gateway (XOG) and GEL Scripting
