Job Description

As an Analytical Development Scientist in the Process Sciences organization, your responsibilities will primarily include analytical testing, method development, and bioanalytical characterization of biologics to support development of innovative biotherapeutics.


  • The successful candidate should have a BS or MS degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology or a related field with 2-5 years of biotechnology industry experience.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of protein chemistry and monoclonal antibodies, experience with HPLC (SEC, CEX, RP, HILIC) analysis of proteins and mass spectrometry (intact protein, peptide mapping).
  • Assay development and high throughput automation experience is a plus, but not required.
  • It is essential that the candidate have good verbal and written communication skills, be meticulous in documentation, and possess excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
