As an Analytical Development Scientist in the Process Sciences organization, your responsibilities will primarily include analytical testing, method development, and bioanalytical characterization of biologics to support development of innovative biotherapeutics.
- The successful candidate should have a BS or MS degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology or a related field with 2-5 years of biotechnology industry experience.
- The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of protein chemistry and monoclonal antibodies, experience with HPLC (SEC, CEX, RP, HILIC) analysis of proteins and mass spectrometry (intact protein, peptide mapping).
- Assay development and high throughput automation experience is a plus, but not required.
- It is essential that the candidate have good verbal and written communication skills, be meticulous in documentation, and possess excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
