* Partner strategy, partner cultivation and prioritization, presenting to high level execs and officials, business model planning, negotiation and creation and driving deals to closure

* Develop a BD plan and strategy and lead cross-functional execution against defined business milestones and metrics

* Proactively map and assess key players within targeted segments of the the AV ecosystem, and execute a strategy to continually engage with leaders in these segments

* Stay on top of competitive trends and developments within the industry, across key segments of the AV ecosystem

* Advocate for critical product feature development to help accelerate partner growth and utilization

* Extend into account management and implementation as needed, for very large strategic partnerships

* Manage cross-functional resource involvement and ensure continued engagement with the team and alignment with goals, specifically Product, Operations, and Engineering leads

* Be point of escalation, internally or externally to support partners with support management and any related issues

* Evangelize and champion your mission, purpose, and needs internally

* Overall relationship management of our AV related partners

* Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to internal and external stakeholders

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

* You have worked with or at an OEM or Tier 1 Supplier to the automotive industry; an ideal candidate will have worked as an Engineer, Engineering Manager, and/or Product Manager within these organizations at some point in your career

* An undergraduate and/or graduate degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business, Economics, or another quantitative or technically oriented domain

* Owned revenue and/or BD goals in prior roles, and have a track record of meeting or exceeding these goals

* Experience supporting or driving M&A or investment discussions

* A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals, including world-class thinkers on Product & Engineering side as well as with partners/customers

* Prior experience with and comfort operating in a very entrepreneurial environment where you had little direction, high ambiguity, and had to define goals and generate results

* Amazing client management, business communication and relationship building skills

* Strong intellectual curiosity, and an ability to synthesize large amounts of technical information and to quickly become externally credible n a new, complex subject area

* Strong project management and organizational skills and detail orientation

* High EQ, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders

* The ability to travel 25-50% of the time
