Role Description We are looking for a savvy, capable marketer to join the Marketing Operations team to develop scalable programs and processes for our demand generation teams. You will lead the charge to ensure that all campaign operations run smoothly for our lead generation activities, which includes support for campaign tracking, web analytics, campaign reporting and analysis, testing and optimization, cross-channel analysis segmentation and data integration / platforms. As a key strategic member of the Marketing Ops team the role will support the Global Business Campaigns team with proper campaign insights to monitor the health of their business/pipeline and keep both Sales & Marketing teams accountable. Responsibilities Execute and monitor campaigns via Marketo and Salesforce.comRefine lead scoring model with and processes that streamline sales efficienciesDevelop & manage automated triggered, lifecycle and ad hoc B2B email campaigns to continuously improve onboarding, engagement, and retention of leadsCollaborate with Business Campaigns team to execute marketing campaigns designed to engage prospective and existing customers.Provide reporting and visibility into campaign performance and progression of leads after handoff to SalesTranslate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative and analytical mindsetAnalytical skills - unraveling and solving business process issues5+ years experience with Eloqua/Marketo/SFDC (SFDC or Marketo Admin is a plus)5+ years experience, working with demand generation teams to execute integrated campaignsSelf starter, with a real passion for building and troubleshootingUndergraduate BS/BA degree Benefits and Perks 100% company paid individual medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage401k + company matchMarket competitive total compensation packageFree Dropbox space for your friends and familyWellness ReimbursementGenerous vacation policy10 company paid holidaysVolunteer time off Company sponsored tech talks (technology and other relevant professional topics) Dropbox is an equal opportunity employer.
