The First Republic Digital Marketing team manages the strategy and execution of capabilities, promotions, communications, advertising and engagement efforts in the digital and social space. The Digital Marketing Risk Operations Manager is a new role that will own and drive efforts that ensure we deliver the best possible experiences to our current and future clients without compromising on quality, compliance or cyber security.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the digital marketing accessibility program, vendor engagement and communications. Define, publish, socialize and iterate on the digital accessibility policy in partnership with Digital Channels and Technology. Partner with key groups, including Quality Assurance, Design and Digital Technology to ensure digital experiences are designed with accessibility in mind.Define and manage ongoing accessibility testing, both internal self:reviews as well as external vendor audits.Field internal inquiries on our accessibility program and capabilities.Ensure our enterprise digital accessibility policy and statement are up:to:date, socialized and enforced. Define Digital Marketing priorities, strategies and processes to optimize and support Cyber Security, including consulting on our domain strategy, course of action and communications cascade plans for DDOS attacks, business continuity and recovery.Design, re:engineer, document, socialize and publish Digital Marketing Processes to support day:to:day operations as well as audits and compliance reviews.Oversee team and partner training on processes and risk:related topics such as DDOS, accessibility, web governance, and brand compliance. Manage the web governance function and vendor(s), including reporting and remediation of all public site issues. Partner with our Content Managers and Digital Technology colleagues to maintain our site maps, asset inventories and remediation queues.Implement CAN:SPAM and other risk:related projects that touch digital marketing.Serve as Digital Marketing Primary Point of Contact (PPOC) for audit and compliance reviews and remediation, data requests and impact analyses.Define and manage business continuity plans for Digital Marketing and each of our critical functions, including online alerts, sign:on page access, email deployment and fall:back capabilities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:BachelorA?s degree in a related field, including Marketing, Business, Technology, or Communications.At least 7 years of business experience and 5+ years of experience with or in a Digital Marketing function or team.Strong understanding of marketing communications, campaign development and implementation processes. Process design, management, measurement and control expertise. Lean or 6 sigma a plus.Knowledge of marketing risk priorities and processes, including compliance, regulatory, operational and reputation risk in the digital space. Ability to articulate an issue or opportunity in both quantitative and qualitative terms, and develop and deliver powerful, articulate communications, both verbally and in written form, that resonate with a variety of audiences.Experience with issue research and root cause analysis, problem solving, planning and basic project or program management. Methodical, consultative mindset balanced with creative problem solving. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Vendor assessment, selection and management experience.Experience with online/digital accessibility or web governance highly desirable. Strong client:focus. User:centered design/design thinking/training and experience. Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industry.
