A top 20 SF Realtor is looking for a talented, self-directed Project & Operations Manager to guide the day to day operations of this well-established, well-managed residential real estate business. About the role:

- Keep the day to day moving smoothly as the primary liaison between top agent and her team of escrow officer, stager, contractor, handyman, painter, transaction coordinator, etc.
- Help drive longer term internal projects & business goals
- Manage the process & calendar for each listing from disclosures to closing
- Create marketing presentations and supporting materials
- Work with forms, contracts and other sensitive, detailed documents
- Update project calendar, websites, contacts, expense sheets, statistics
- Manage trades & drive property preparation for each listing
- Make regular site visits, occasionally show property, prepare for and hold brokers tours
- Communicate proactively and effectively orally and in writing

You don’t want to be in an office all day and enjoy getting out in and around the various neighborhoods of the City in which we work. You have a sense of humor! You can handle and thrive under pressure. You pick up on things quickly, are self-motivated and work well independently.


· Full time Independent Contractor position (9-5:30 Monday-Friday) with flexibility (occasional evening/twilight showings required)
· 2+ years experience in a real estate or similarly fast-paced industry
· Excellent written & oral communication
· Integrity and professionalism
· Strong computer/technical skills -easy to learn new programs & software
· Strong editing skills; high attention to detail in composing, typing, reviewing and proofing materials
· Can effectively organize, prioritize & juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Can shift focus often and yet manage priorities with ease & grace
· Excellent time-management skills
· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
· Lives in SF, has reliable car with valid CA license and insurance, and cell phone for daily use
· MSOffice and Google Apps with both Windows and Mac

Weight given to candidates with:
- Real estate license & experience
- HTML/Graphic design and/or other technology experience
- Marketing and/or Project Management experience


- Depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus
- Commission potential

This position supports a top-producing San Francisco Realtor. She is among the top 20 SF Agents, she is the #1 agent at her SF brokerage, and she has ranked in the top 1% of all SF agents for the last 5 years. This realtor has been selling real estate for 10 years. Prior to this she was the youngest female Vice President on the business side of a Top 10 Web Media company, where she managed multiple teams and multi million dollar P & L's to success for eight years.
