We are currently seeking a Project Controls/Construction Scheduler to join our team in San Francisco.Desired skills and experience:-Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software-Experience in creating and maintaining master project schedules-Experience with project controls techniques, including critical path analysis, earned value management and time-impact-Familiarity with 4d modelling techniques and software, ie Navisworks, 3d modeling experience preferable-Experience with data analysis and dashboard reporting, ability to code in VBA preferable.-Ability to analyze contractor schedules, assist site teams in monitoring construction progress and produce written reports -Schedule delay claims experience preferable -2-3 years scheduling experience across a variety of project types eg rail, buildings etc-Desire to lead a specialist scheduling skill area within our Americas businessQualified professionals will have a Masterss Degree including a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Top applicants will posses excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels. Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment.
