Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our team You will be responsible for providing recruiting support to the managers of a busy Commercial Real Estate company.
:Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
:Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
:Compile reports from personnel databases
:Review and update HR information system records
:Track all new hire on:boarding : personally greet and on:board new team members
:Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
:Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
:Previous experience minimum 1 year of conducting phone screens of sales, or business development candidates
:Previous experience sourcing candidates using resource tools similar to LinkedIn Recruiter
:General knowledge of independent contractor / 1099 labor and employment laws
:Wed like you to have both excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Perhaps youve written some amazing job advertisements
:Have you recruited sales roles or have experience recruiting for high growth companies
