This position is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities in multiple markets that yield full time and contingent hires within the organization. Assure complete coordination / completion of interviews:Book conference rooms, arrange technology set:ups and manage calendars for on:site interviewSManage the interview loop and ensure interviews are kept on scheduleActively source new talent using a wide of innovative approaches.Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to internal and external candidates and complete a detailed phone screen to assess their KSAs and desired positionsMaintain activity and candidates in our Applicant Tracking SystemPost job openings on both internal and external career websitesResearch and attend job plete other projects and duties as assigned.1:3 years of corporate recruiting experience in a fast:paced, high:volume environmentFinancial Services experience is a plusHighly organized, detail oriented and able to multi:task Ability to develop and maintains strong professional relationships with all levels of staff and managementSuperior communication skillsProficient inMicrosoft Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience with iCIMS is a plusA strong sense of urgency and superior client service skillsStrong organizational skills neededAbility to problem solve and be able to actively/ creatively resolve issues.LI:JL1
