Greystar, a multi:faceted, privately owned operator within the Real Estate industry has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in San Francisco.
Ideal Recruiter candidates should have a minimum of three years experience in a Recruiting capacity in a high volume environment.
Property Management or Hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Requirements
Executes the Companys strategy related to the acquisition and on:boarding of talent, manages the processes for candidate identification and selection, supports managers in on:boarding new hires in accordance with the Companys talent acquisition policies and procedures, and completes activities and projects that help achieve the Companys goal of hiring and retaining the best.

:Assists in establishing annual goals and objectives for the strategic staffing group that align to the Companys Talent Management vision and long:term strategy, and provides input into business plans and budgets to support achievement of targeted recruiting and retention benchmarks.
:Follows the Companys recruiting and hiring policies, procedures by posting open and advertising for open positions, reviewing candidate resumes and applications, scheduling and conducting screening and in:depth interviews, and managing the communication flow between candidates and the hiring managers through the offer and pre:employment background screening procedure.
:Tracks and reports on key benchmarks for measuring recruiting results by completing open position reports, and by calculating and reporting on cost:per:hire, days:to:fill, candidate sources, candidate quality, and candidate and manager satisfaction with recruiting and hiring results.
:Develops and maintains sources for qualified candidates by setting up and hosting job fairs, advertising via job boards, participating in college recruitment programs, promoting the team member referral program, and establishing local networks in professional, industry, and other associations and organizations.
:Organizes and participates in specialized recruiting efforts, such as the Companys MBA/College Recruitment Program, minority and diversity recruiting strategies, staffing for lease:ups, and the due diligence and staffing for take:overs.
:Experience with a recent ATS strongly preferred.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
College degree in business, human resources administration, or related field, and/or equivalent experience is required.
