Right now, we areseeking for a Senior Manager of ProductManagement in San Francisco, CA.In this role, you will manage the successful development & implementationof product initiatives for the global money transfer business in support of WUgrowth objectives. You will also be responsiblefor strategy development & managing product offerings including valueproposition, features, functionality, pricing, & distribution across allchannels and lead geographically dispersed cross functional teams in support ofimplementing product initiatives, including internal, external, & thirdparty resources.

* Defines product market & consumer segments, requirements,marketing mix, commercials, & overall performance & KPIs.

* Identifies & explores breakthrough market opportunities& transformational products based on knowledge & insight from deepunderstanding of customer, market, & industry.

* Creates business plans for new opportunities to deliver on theglobal product vision for WU, including risk mitigation, distribution, businessrequirements, product roadmap, & approvals.

* Owns the market, customer & product strategy for newproducts (or bundles) for retail, omni-channel & strategic partnershipproducts, including:

* Defining a clear, balanced, scalable product strategy &methodology.

* Building business cases based on detailed research &assessment of the overall opportunity sizing, analysis of customer segments& needs, market trends, competition & macroeconomic factors.

* Identifying product functions, use cases, positioning, marketing& pricing guidelines, operational requirements, contract terms &templates.

* Implementing proof of concepts/pilots for new product/bundlelaunches.

* Executing product strategy & roadmaps by managing internal& external cross-functional teams.

* Driving alignment on business opportunity & customer valueacross internal partners, including Digital, Payments, Retail &Engineering, Finance, Operations, Insights & Analytics, Marketing &Customer Experience.

* Works independently on medium complex projects

What you will need to succeed:

* Minimum 8-10 years' experience in consumer financial services /payments

* Bachelor's degree

* Prior experience in strategy/consulting/product marketing

* Strong analytical mindset, research skills & ability toquickly grasp new concepts, as well as a strategic-thinking mindset to be ableto read the context from a global perspective & articulate businessstrategy

* Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal;good at soliciting detailed technical information though questions; able to getto the root of problems & clearly articulate messages to a variety ofaudiences

* Influencing skills & managerial courage while taking astrong leadership role interacting with the business / functional leadershipteam

* Ability to establish & maintain strong relationships; a teamplayer who can work collaboratively though others across all levels

* Demonstrated discipline & drive for results

* Expertise analyzing financials & data, & translating itinto viable initiatives

* Knowledge of MS Excel, Think-cell, MS Word, & PowerPoint

* Resourceful, detail-oriented & highly organized

* Able to meet multiple objectives in a fast-paced environmentwith little supervision

What will make you stand-out:

* Master degree preferred

* Direct experience in & knowledge of global money transfer /remittance

* Knowledge of SQL, & Visio Drawing tool
