Right now, we are seeking aHead of Site Health, who is located in our San Francisco, CA office.
In this role, you will establish governance process to manage bug fix process for WU websites and apps. You will define and manage defect KPI s, develop benchmarks and goals as well as develop and implement process to prioritize bug fixes in partnership with engineering.
**In addition, you will:**
+ Review defect backlog, prioritize and work with engineering daily to move the bug resolution.
+ Responsible for operational dashboards to monitor business performance and analyze key drivers.

+ Communicate status to key stakeholders
+ Responsible for certification process for defect releases as well as certification for regulator programs such as Dodd frank, WU fraud program.
+ Collaborate with engineering to drive strategies for reducing number and duration of incidents
+ Manage the site health team in three different geographies
+ Manage the bug fix agile track
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors or Masters in engineering, science or business, or related work experience
+ 10+ years working in engineering, product or operations roles
+ 2+ years working in a managerial or coordination role
+ Demonstrated project management, time management and organizational skills
+ Proven ability managing off shore teams in multiple geographies
+ Strong team player and collaborator who incorporates input from various sources
+ Experience managing on a global basis
+ Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with many departments
+ Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and demonstrates a strong customer focus and can evaluate decisions thru the eyes of the customer
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
