Reporting to the VP Global Customer Experience, we are currently seeking a Customer Experince Program Manager in our Marketing department in our Denver or San Francisco office. Your work will enable Prologis to meaningfully engage customers across the full customer journey, defining and delivering unique and compelling brand experiences. You will concept, initiate, plan and execute CX projects designed to elevate and differentiate the Prologis customer experience. We are a lean team, so your work will range from big thinking to digging into the details. Youll always be advocating for the customer, examining every interaction and touch:point so you can execute improved, sustainable and standardized experiences.
:Envision, define and deliver customer experiences, working cross:functionally and with all levels to advocate and drive from concept to pilot to in:market execution
:In conjunction with VP of CX, prioritize all customer:focused initiatives, balancing overall company goals, the CX strategic roadmap and stakeholder expectations
:Conduct research, data analysis, interviews, etc. to support and develop CX strategies broadly and at the individual project level
:Identify risk and effort, developing budgets and schedules for review and approval
:Effectively convey your ideas through clear communication, whether in team discussions, executive presentations, documents or spreadsheets to garner support/approvals for project, strategies and more
:Execute projects working independently with minimal support
:Manage contractors or agencies for relevant activities, including but not limited to UI/UX, design, content creation and development
:Develop and maintain documentation/artifacts necessary for the initiatives, including requirements, strategies, plans, timelines, budgets, information architecture and more
:Define measurement strategies and tactics, then measure the effectiveness of individual projects and the overall initiative using techniques that include but are not limited to, data:mining, response rates, VOC, etc.; review regularly with Senior Leadership
:Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Factors in Information Design, Human Centered Design, Marketing, Business, or related field
:7:years relevant experience in customer experience, business strategy, or marketing
:Demonstrated strategic thinking
:Self: directed and motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
:Ability to navigate a complex and global organization to get the answers you need through perseverance and personal initiative, drive and conviction
:Critical thinker with proven analytical skills and the ability to translate research/data into actionable plans
:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and simply through all mediums and to all levels
:Strong organizational and implementation skills and ability to prioritize and triage
:Ability to be proactive, positive and tenacious and work across the business to identify and drive required change
:Able to manage diverse initiatives and projects of varying lengths and scope
