Specific responsibilities and requiredskills are listed below.**Primary responsibilities**+ Identify,pursue and close sales opportunities for a broad range of financialproducts and services+ Managecomplex, multi-product client relationships as the primary corporatebanking representative+ Initiateand maintain strategic dialogue with clients and prospects to generateongoing corporate finance opportunities+ Coordinatethe sales and service efforts of multiple internal business partners+ Proactivelymarket clients and prospects; represent the firm in the local banking andbusiness communities; and develop a network of referral sources+ Collaboratewith credit underwriting team on analysis, structuring, negotiation, anddocumentation of credit requests+ Provideoversight, leadership and mentoring to analysts and associates+ Strictlycomply with all regulatory and JMPC rules, policies, and procedures**Qualifications**+ Minimumof 10 years experience as an outstanding Client/Relationship Managerselling corporate finance and commercial banking products and services+ ExtensiveReal Estate industry experience required+ Extensivedebt capital markets experience+ Strongleadership abilities in financial services sales and business development+ Solidcredit, analytical, and problem-solving skills+ Excellentoral and written communications abilities+ Knowledgeof credit, corporate finance, treasury, investment, and other bankingproducts; preferably with execution experience+ Self-motivated,dependable and intelligent+ Excellentreviews and referrals from current manager and peers+ Completionof a recognized bank credit training program+ Possess(or obtain within three months of hire) NASD Series 7 and 63 securitieslicensesMBA or equivalent banking experienceJPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Disability/Veteran. .
