Position Summary
The Corporate Facilities (aka, Operations) team is integral to the overall success of the organization. The Corporate Facilities team is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all of our corporate campuses. The Facilities team works closely with partners in all brands to drive this effort.
This position will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance of our buildings, and for being a part:time shuttle driver.
Essential Functions
* Perform weekly moves and new hire/contractors setups
* Responsible for keeping outdoor work areas (IH Alley) clean of debris and ensure all samples are moved indoors at the end of each day
* Creates and follows up on repairs work orders
* Helps manage the Facilities:SF requests inbox
* Installs Ergonomic equipment
* Manages flow of all incoming/outgoing samples to/from the warehouse
* ERT (Emergency Response Team) member
* Conference Room Setups and special events
* Provide coverage for shuttle driver
* Performs basic facility maintenance and performs other duties as assigned
* Perform building and surrounding grounds self:inspections for safety, preventative and corrective maintenance
* Provide support for mechanical room inspections and fire inspections
* High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred
* Must be age 21 years +
* 1:3 years of retail, customer service, and warehouse environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Working knowledge of work order management systems
* Ability to work in a fast:paced environment
* Well:organized, high attention to detail, deadline:oriented
* Customer service oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional demeanor and ability to interact at the executive level
* High level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to make the Company successful
* Demonstrate teamwork ability
* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs with assistance of a hand truck
* Ability to operate a pallet jack
* Must have a valid CA drivers license and...
* Must be able to obtain a Class B Commercial Drivers License with passenger endorsement within 3 months of start date, training will be offered as needed
