We are interviewing Investment Sales Advisors in Office, Multifamily, Single-Tenant Net Leased Retail, Multi-Tenant Retail, Senior Housing, Self-Storage and Industrial. A current real estate license is required. However, if you are in the process of obtaining a license, and qualified otherwise, we should speak with you. To qualify for an in-person interview: Experience with commercial real estate assets. Indirect experience considered, with proven success in any kind of sales CA Bureau of Real Estate active salesperson’s license required. Bachelor's degree. Should have basic knowledge of building financial spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Other basic office knowledge required such as Microsoft Word, 50+ WPM typing speed, and knowledge of basic commercial real estate math Experience using Salesforce CRM applications in a sales capacity preferred What's so different about NAI Northern California?
