Our client, a Paragon Real Estate Agent, is a veteran of the real estate business in San Francisco. He is looking for a professionalReal Estate Operations Manager / Executive Assistantto assist him and his Buyers Agent. This is a polished and professional team with an excellent reputation in the industry.

This is a highly independent role and you will be expected to own your job and take the reins. Your responsibilities will play an important role in clearing away distractions so that your Agents can focus on generating new business and closing sales. The ideal person wants to play an integral role in managing the office and growing a business. Our ideal candidate is a DRIVER; someone who takes ownership of their role.

Our ideal candidate, is this YOU?

3+ years of real estate experience as an Operations Manager or an Administrator to a Realtor or real estate office
An active CA real estate license is preferred
General understanding and knowledge of the real estate sales cycle and managing transactions
Well-versed in real estate contracts meaning you know the contract inside and out
Assertive, highly adaptable and independent
Self-starter, extraordinary organizational and project management skills
Detail-focused, meticulous, and able to prioritize accordingly
Polished and professional and present yourself as such
Resilient in business and know that tough times never last but tough people do
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsive, solution-oriented and anticipates needs, service-focused
Approach your job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty, and integrity

Areas of Focus:

Implement and manage systems and procedures, creating an operations manual that standardizes and documents these systems
Handle of all database management and help scale operations as the business grows
Provide an executive level of administrative support this may include but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management, and keeping the Agent focused on key tasks
Play an active role in every stage of a transaction process such managing all contract paperwork and oversee transactions from Contract-to-Close
Prepare properties for listings and showings; attend inspections and coordinate vendors
Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives on behalf of the Agent such as updating the MLS, sending and coordinating email blasts and managing all social media platforms
Serve as the key contact person for clients by providing a concierge-level of service

Key Software Proficiency

CRM programs
MS Office and PC Proficient
Email marketing software
InDesign (preferred)

Candidate MUST live within a 30-minute commute of San Francisco, CA and MUST have their own car, a valid driver s license, and carry insurance.

The Details:

Salary:$60k-70k plus bonus structure, based on performance
Benefits:Paid Time-Off
Hours:Full-time, 40+ hrs, 8:30am-5pm, M-F, flexibility on the weekends required.
