Our Hosts work side-by-side with Double Eagle Hospitality (DEH) and the Management Team to lead the daily operations of the business. They are accountable for the overall quality of hospitality, service, food and beverage and the financial health of the business that they oversee.

They work closely with the rest of the management team and line staff to ensure that the highest standards are upheld in the aforementioned areas. Host will work closely with the management team, ensuring that the operational areas of the business are always aligned with the mission of DEH and the vision and core values of Palm House or The Dorian. Double Eagle Hospitality was founded by Anderson Pugash, Benson Wang and Jack Herr and includes some of San Francisco’s most beloved restaurants, bars and nightlife venues: Palm House, The Dorian, Audio Discotech, and Bergerac. The company also includes Crossroads Nightlife, an events and nightlife business as well as Fifty / Fifty Cocktail, a beverage consulting company.
