Looking for full time Sous chef who is able to work by themselves with little instruction. Must be able to work fine dining service with an emphasis on Japanese Omakase cooking. Creativity and ability to conceptual and execute new dishes is a must. Tasting menu style and a la carte menus, weekend (2 day) off built into schedule. Long term employment option preferred, salary depends on experience, very competitive for the industry with international travel option after 90 days.
