Apartment style - Neighborhood and location. large eat in kitchen, share 2 full & 2 half daily clean bathrooms. Job relocated worker settle down in S.F. or student rotation in S.F. try to find a place close to your working place or school campus?

Our location and transportation is here. S.F. resident(job change in our location) or job relocated employed worker (looking/waiting your ideal own studio or apartment)/student and shopping location. Looking for a responsible, mature, mellow and friendly person who enjoys a clean and quiet space to come home to study + relax. Graduate student, S.F. resident, fellow, hospital, rotation, worker.

7 minutes walk up to UCSF campus hospital. 2- 5 minutes walking to buy food and drink and daily supply.

Two way Public transportation N Juda Muni line stop in front our building to downtown and connect other transportation e.g. Bart and train to S.F. airport and outside San Francisco.

Please no pets, no drugs, no smoking, no heavy drinking, no tourist or transient and no party. Monthly and short term are welcome. Sunny sunset view w sink/ eat in large kitchen. Price will different on different size room(Medium room, Large room, Extra large room). One person only.

credit report and pay stuffs.
