This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Customer Contact Marketing Manager in the strategic development and deployment of all emails in North America. This person will be responsible for briefing, analyzing and supporting the strategies of the email program for US & CDA. S/he will partner with the Marketing Manager, Customer Contact Strategy on periodical reporting, monthly or quarterly hindsighting, insights development and establishment of future strategies. S/he will support the contractor in QA of all emails (US & CDA) and lead the omni-channel promotional code generation and management for the entire brand.

From an email ideation perspective, this person will work with the Customer Contact Marketing Manager as well as the Editorial lead to develop key product stories that will be the backbone of a robust email marketing program. S/he will also partner with the Associate Marketing Manager of Customer Contact Strategy to provide recommendations for influencer placements in email and ideate on non-traditional storytelling opportunities.

This role is also responsible for leading special projects with high leadership visibility as appropriate - including but not limited to sweepstakes, 3rd party partnerships, etc. Cross-functional collaboration will be crucial for this role as all projects will require him/her to work closely with IM, creative, merchandising and other partners as well as across the marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1) Required knowledge, skills & abilities:

* Understanding of the digital landscape and high-level knowledge of what digital marketing is. Prior experience in email marketing a plus (with CRM experience preferred).

* Self-starter, driven and resourceful. Able to support specific decisions and execute with little oversight.

* Strong ability to multi-task, follow up and manage competing priorities.

* Must feel comfortable with data analysis and drawing insights from information in order to make informed recommendations on how to adjust going forward.

* Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Computer skills (Word/Excel) required Omniture experience a plus.

* Go-getter with problem-solving, positive attitude

2) Minimum educational level:

* Bachelors degree required.

3) Experience Required:

* 2-3 years' experience in marketing preferably in the retail, apparel, fashion, cosmetics industries or within an agency and/or online editorial.

* Digital experience a plus, as well as work in a small entrepreneurial environment.

* Avid Facebook, Instagram and/or Pinterest user.
