Job Description:
enSilo, a comprehensive endpoint security company is looking for two, highly motivated Business Development Representatives to help foster relationships and set appointments for a dynamic and growing field sales team.

Summary:
As a Business Development Rep at the cutting edge of endpoint security, you will play a key role in developing marketing generated leads into appointments for a rapidly growing company. This person will be self motivation and make over a hundred dials per day in order schedule meetings with information technology leaders. A thick skin and a never quit attitude is a must. The primary responsibility of the BDR will be to qualify, schedule, confirm and occur as many meetings as possible with the purpose of increasing pipeline, proof of concept, and closed business.

Required Skills and Experience
Track record of success setting introductory meetings through cold calls and emails

Inside Sales, Business Development or Sales Development experience a must

Ability to anticipate and communicate messaging based on customer needs

Active listener who has mastered picking up cues in conversation

Salesforce, SalesLoft, or comprable CRM experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team Player with strong phone presence
