The Global Customer Solutions Managerwill report directly to the Head of Global Customer Solutions (GCS) and be located in one of our locations: Corporate Headquarters office in San Francisco, or one of our field offices in Seattle, WA or Denver CO. Prologis seeks an individual with a passion for our customers : a passion for helping Prologis create a truly differentiated customer experience in a traditionally transaction driven industry. The primary responsibility will be teaming directly with GCS team members to care for global customer account relationships, by working directly with our internal and external customers on executing key customer strategies, real estate transaction management, customer portfolio management, leasing and development transactions, due diligence, and direct customer interaction. Initially, the role will be largely dedicated to one customer account, with the opportunity to grow responsibility over time.

:Learn Prologis's global platform and our systems (including Salesforce CRM) to effectively work with external and internal customers.
:Working collaboratively and professionally with the GCS team and our many internal Prologis customers to create win:win outcomes.
:Work closely with customers' Real Estate, Supply Chain, and Operations groups to identify new real estate needs (business development) and ensure that customer has updated Prologis product marketing materials.
:Use customer knowledge to provide input and suggestions for improving the customer experience in ways that truly differentiate Prologis from our competitors.
:Build a skill set to ultimately own and manage a set of customer relationships, and promote new business development within those and potential new accounts.
Essential Skills and Experience
:Bachelor's degree plus minimum 5 years real estate leasing and/or development experience with a demonstrated capability to support and close transactions.
:Strong relationship management skills, including demonstrated excellence in balancing the needs of both external and internal customers for the best overall outcome.
:Passion for our customers and for delivering a truly differentiated customer experience that drives loyalty and continued growth.
:Strong organizational skills with ability to work effectively in a deadline oriented multi:tasking environment
:Exhibits grace under pressure, has a good sense of humor, and thrives in a fast:paced environment
:Flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities
:Knowledge/expertise in the supply chain/logistics field is a strong plus
