Your role at Sephora: The Senior Marketing Manager, Community is responsible for planning, managing, and executing content and marketing campaigns as well as for the feature development strategy of Sephoras Beauty Insider Community that appropriately supports our business goals and strategies to ensure the best customer experience.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, Community you will set and execute the strategy and programming for the Sephora Beauty Insider Community. Reporting to the Director of Community and Social Commerce, you will be in charge of the most exciting online beauty community. In addition, you will:
:Own the strategic long view of what the Sephora Beauty Insider Community is and will become
:Create, pilot, run and optimize innovative programming that our community will love, including content calendars, cross:functional projects, and deadlines
:Manage a team
:Create partnerships internally and externally to ensure proper contextual exposure of the Sephora Beauty Insider Community across the internet and multi:channel partners
:Own the marketing point of view for the Community, represent in meetings and in marketing briefs
:Report, recap, and otherwise expose campaign results; use insights to drive future promotions
:Co:develop the technical product and feature strategy for the Sephora Beauty Insider Community; own relationships with external vendors
:Stay current with industry social and community best practices to discover new engagement strategies that will increase community reach
:Develop and maintain productive relationships with key cross:functional partners across the company
:Help Sephora build a world:class Community team
:Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative

Were excited about you if you have:
:5:7 years experience in online community management, customer support, product development or related field
:An understanding of community management, engagement, and social media strategy applied to brand development and enhancement
:Ability to manage a range of projects and initiatives while managing and meeting all execution deadlines in a fast:paced environment, prioritizing appropriately
:Outstanding interpersonal skills; proven ability to build relationships and partnerships and work effectively in team environment
:High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion
:Experience managing a team
:Exemplary creative writing and editing skills specifically applied to social media
:High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion

:A passion for weaving inspirational and helpful community content into the customers online shopping path
:Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills

:QUALIFICATION: BA preferred. MBA a plus.
