Stylist Chair Rental - Full Time (Castro / Upper Market)

I am looking to rent out one of my stations. My Salon is called LA Touched Salon. Check me out on Yelp. I have been open since Nov 1 2012. I have a cute upbeat salon. The rent for full time is $1000 a month with a 1 month deposit or pay 1200 and with 1/2 month deposit (non-refundable) and this will include all that is stated plus color (Goldwell).

This includes styling station, shelves, drawer, mirror, towels, back bar shampoo and conditioner. Also includes back color room shelves (to store own color and products etc) refrigerator, microwave and use of some developer to mix color and bleach.

I am looking for a responsible and reliable person to rent a station. Must have own clientele.
