We are seeking
Assistant Project Manager
Job Description
* Assist Project Director with preconstruction and construction project management
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal team in
development/construction
* Cost management, procurement, and negotiation
* Assist with managing KPI on projects, including cost, schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholders expectations
* Driving value on projects
* Support team by other responsibilities and assignments as required
Skills and Experience Requirements:
* Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
* Understanding of plans and specifications
* Field experience
* Analytical, strategic, efficient, and organized
* 2 : 4 years construction experience
