Essential Duties & Responsibilities would include the support of Account Wide, Employee Specific and Service Line goals.
Maintain strategic comms plan with includes both CBRE Account & McKesson Real Estate stakeholders
**Account Management Communications includes amongst the following:**
Annual: Leadership Offsite(s) & Account Director Planning
Bi-Annual: Strategic Meetings (SET), Research Report Publication
Quarterly: Business Reviews (QBR), All Hands/Town Halls
Monthly: From the Desks of, Account Newsletters, All Account
Lunch & Learns
Ongoing: Manage employee recognition, onboarding communications and promotion of an accolades based culture
**Service Line Communication support includes:**
Maintaining two-way discussion with fully outsources Servia Line Leader (SLLs) comprising: Workplace Strategy, Occupancy
Planning, Facilities Management, Transaction Management, Project Management, Operations, Finance, Lease Administration, Program Management)
Eliciting feedback from impacted groups & key stakeholders
Communicating Service Line key messages throughout multiple comms tactics & channels (email, newsletters, print, intranet, in person and virtual town halls)
Achieving Service Line buy-in for planned implementations of changes to tools, process, service specs
Develop & promote the use of templates/guidelines for communications

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline from 4-year college or university, and a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and/or training. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
**CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES**
None
**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
**FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE**
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. Conducts basic financial analysis.
**REASONING ABILITY**
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
**OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES**
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to coworkers and supervisor.
