About us: and we are looking for an exceptional addition to our awning canvas
fabricator/installation team.
The ideal candidates skills/abilities:
:Ability to accurately read a tape measure
:Securely tie frames to truck for safe transport
:Safely and confidently work on a ladder
:Fit and layout canvas for sewing
:Prime and paint frames
:Install bolt rope track to awning frames
:Be clean and organized in shop, truck or job site
:Confirm all measurements on site before installation
:Read work order thoroughly, ask questions if you are not clear on something.
:Complete Somfy certification and be educated and familiar with retractable systems
:Able to understand how to fasten a frame to a building by finding headers or studs for the strongest installation possible
:Order necessary supplies when low.
Job requirements:
:Knowledge of power tools
:You will be reliable and punctual
:Be able to lift 50 pounds and up
:Fill out time and materials paperwork on the back of work orders
:Be able to communicate amicably and clearly
:Be able to stretch a canvas cover to leave a wrinkle free beautiful product that you are proud of
