Job Description:/h3:
Enovity is currently seeking a highly:motivated Facility Plant Engineer (FPE) Supervisor for a full:time position for our Operation and Maintenance contract with the State of California : Judicial Council California (JCC). As part of this account, Enovity is responsible for developing, managing, tracking and performing maintenance services for various State Courthouse properties. Additionally this position manages the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects at the various Courthouses through the clients Facility Modification Program. This program includes small and mid:sized projects that vary between building construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire/life safety, among others.
Experience and Qualifications:
:
Equivalent to a bachelors degree from a recognized college or university with major course work in engineering, facility management, construction project management, or a closely related field
:
Three years (3) of professional
building/facility/project management and contracting experience with a wide variety of contract and facility related documents, including three (3) years of increasingly responsible facility management experience.
:
Three (3) years of professional experience in project estimating, planning, and management of commercial construction projects.
Experience with commercial building systems is highly desirable.
Skills:
:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Project.
:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
:
Highly motivated and proactive, focused on achieving results.
Responsibilities:
:
Reports directly to Operations Manager
:
Manage the operational deliverables of the Preventive Maintenance and Facility Modification programs
:
Responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of all facets of the Preventative Maintenance and Facility Modification Program
:
Provides technical support to field staff for on:going operations and maintenance activities within the contract.
:
Maintains and implements building automation system policies and programs and coordinates with field staff on the delivery of the preventive maintenance program
:
Interfaces with the Judicial Council of California facility plant engineers staff and the JCC facilities regional staff and court customers on technical, operational and project needs
:
Manages and maintains accurate equipment asset data tracking and reporting for the account using the JCCs computer aided maintenance management system (CMMS) database
:
Provides technical expertise and legal compliance information in all facility service and craft areas
:
Oversees activities of key subcontractors who provide on:going services to the contract.
:
Facilitate periodic client meeting addressing technical and operational facility matters
:
Directly responsible for the Facility Modification Contracting program including RFP and project job walks, planning, close:out and post project review
:
Manage JCC Energy Project Program: from project development, execution and close and shy;
:

Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in conformance with the JCC contract
